Ingredients

1 tbsp dry milk, non-fat one
2 eggs
2 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tbsp veggies grated

Instructions

Blend milk powder with water. Crack eggs in this milk bland and mix it well. Pour this mixture into the frying pan and wait for 5 minutes. When the pancake is ready, spread the cottage cheese on it and chopped veggies on its halt. Fold the pancake and serve it to your little favorite.
